Question of the Week #2: “MONDAY VISION – What did I (not) see?”

Posted on Updated on

It’s Monday and the start of the work week. Today’s question is:

“On my way to work this morning, what amazing things did I see (or miss)?”

To provide the question a bit more context, here is a Washington Post article and video about world-famous violinist, Joshua Bell, who decided to bring his talent and artistry to a subway station. He plays a $3.5 million dollar violin and travels around the world and performs in the most prestigious concert halls. Concert goers pay hundreds of dollars to hear him live.

Will one of the nation’s greatest violinists be noticed in a D.C. Metro stop during rush hour? Joshua Bell experimented for Gene Weingarten’s story in The Washington Post: (Video by John W. Poole)

In the busyness of rush hour, over 1000 people passed him by on their way to the work and only a handful recognized him for who he really was.

His take that morning? $32.97

May you see and savor the amazing glory of God and His creation and be inspired this Monday and this week!
